As a coach and author, Marcel is considered one of the world’s authorities in mind-body leadership, a whole person approach to leadership using a combination of energy practices, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. that enables leaders to choose the right energy projection for lasting results in how they perform, live, and lead. He is the author of his critically acclaimed leadership and performance books “Headstrong Performance,” and “Five Energies of Horrible Bosses and How Not To Become One.”
Marcel is a life-long practitioner of Martial Arts and is the son of a celebrated Political Activist who taught him early on that life has greater meaning when we are of service to others rather than merely to ourselves. In his spare time, Marcel volunteers as a Mental Health & Wellness advocate and he loves to spend quality family time with his wife, Ursula, and Daughter, Kilani.
Marcel holds a post-graduate degree in the Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University an Undergraduate Degree in Complementary Medicine from Charles Sturt University coupled with multiple certifications in Executive Coaching and Sports Performance Coaching
